privacy_policy_paragraph_1 It is not strictly required for users to provide their real name, photo, personal email and phone to use the Sangha app. However, providing profile and contact info will make it easier to communicate with other users. privacy_policy_paragraph_3 It is possible to use hardware profiles (like iCloud or Google account, IP, UUID) to run the app. The data from these are not saved in the server long term (but can be shared upon request). read_carefully_paragraph_1 You will only invite people to join the Sangha app whom you know for sure received Guru Yoga Transmission from Chögyal Namkhai Norbu. Ты будешь приглашать присоединиться к приложению Сангха только тех, кто, как ты уверен(а), получил передачу гуру-йоги от Чогьяла Намкая Норбу.
read_carefully_paragraph_2 You understand that information inside the Sangha app labeled as “With Transmission” should not be shared with anyone outside the Community. Ты осознаёшь, что информация в приложении Сангха, помеченная как «с передачей», не должна распространяться за пределами Общины.
read_carefully_paragraph_3 All restricted content & private information you view within Sangha will be keep confidential, respecting the privacy of the Community and your Vajra brothers and sisters. Вся личная информация и данные с ограниченным доступом, которые ты видишь в Сангхе, должны оставаться конфиденциальными. Просим тебя уважать частную жизнь Общины и ваджрных братьев и сестёр.
read_carefully_paragraph_4 All information that you will add to your profile or added events will be, to the the best of your knowledge, truthful and trustworthy. Вся информация, которую ты добавишь в свой профиль, или добавленные тобой события будут точными и достоверными, насколько это возможно.
read_carefully_paragraph_5 Regarding communication and contact with other users/members – You will do your best to be respectful, acting in a responsible way with presence and awareness, trying always to be kind, compassionate, helpful, generous, and open.

Admin reserves the right to:
Erase an event published by a user if it is a duplicate event, or contains incorrect or improper information or language.
Erase the content published by a user if it contains spam, is political, rude or in some way does not respect the principles of presence, awareness, collaboration, and goodwill.
Block the account of a user who is repeatedly acting against the above-mentioned principles.

All actions users post will be witnessed by other members of the Community, as in the real world. It is important to use Sangha responsibly, to be kind, helpful, generous, and open. Everything is credible in as much as each of us are credible. If we are responsible and act with good intention, this will build trust in the content we find in the app. 		Что касается общения с другими пользователями/членами Общины: ты будешь стараться проявлять уважение, действовать с присутствием и осознанностью, относиться к другим с добротой, состраданием, заботой, щедростью и открытостью.

Администратор оставляет за собой право:
Удалять события, опубликованные пользователем, если они повторяющиеся, содержат неправильную или неподобающую информацию или лексику.
Удалять содержимое, опубликованное пользователем, если оно содержит спам, носит политический характер, является грубым или каким-то образом не соблюдает принципы присутствия, осознанности, сотрудничества и доброй воли.

Блокировать учётные записи пользователей, неоднократно нарушающих вышеперечисленные принципы.

Все действия, публикуемые пользователями, будут видны другим членам Общины, как в реальном мире. Важно использовать Сангху ответственно, быть добрыми, отзывчивыми, щедрыми и открытыми. Всему можно верить ровно настолько, насколько можно верить нам самим. Если мы берём ответственность и действуем с хорошим намерением, это создаст доверие к содержимому приложению.
