The Sangha app and personal data privacy

To use the app – it is not strictly required for user to provide their real name, photo, personal email and phone. However, if users will include more real data for their profile and contact info – it will be easier to get in touch and communicate with other users.

The user’s name and location is saved in the server.

There is the possibility to use hardware profiles (like iCloud or Google account, IP, UUID) to run the app. – The data from these are not saved in the server in the long term (but can be given by request), they are deleted after a period of 30 days.

Services of third parties record users’ activity – without connection with user’s name. Used services strictly don’t allow fingerprinting, sampling and tracking of users in advertising systems.

It is explicitly recommended to users – to secure their own phone in log-in to the app. The app will verify if the user has secured the phone and if not, it will deliver recommendation to secure it.

It is recommended to allow push notifications to use the app in a correct way. 		Конфиденциальность и безопасность

Для использования приложения от пользователя не требуется строго указывать свое настоящее имя, фотографию, личный адрес электронной почты и телефон. Однако, если пользователи добавит больше реальных данных в свой профиль и контактную информацию, то ему будет легче связаться и общаться с другими пользователями.

Имя и местоположение пользователя сохранены на сервере.

Существует возможность использовать профили оборудования (например, учетную запись iCloud или Google, IP, UUID) для запуска приложения. Данные из них не сохраняются на сервере в течение длительного времени (но могут быть предоставлены по запросу), они удаляются через 30 дней.

Сервисы третьих лиц фиксируют активность пользователей - без привязки имени пользователя. Используемые сервисы строго не допускают снятия отпечатков пальцев, выборки и отслеживания пользователей в рекламных системах.

Пользователям настоятельно рекомендуется обезопасить свой телефон при входе в приложение. Приложение определит, в безопасности телефон или нет, и если нет, то порекомендует его обезопасить.

Рекомендуется разрешить push-уведомления для корректного использования приложения.

Before starting to use this app – Sangha admins will kindly ask you to agree to the following:

You will strictly invite to the app only people who you know for sure received Guruyoga Transmission from Chögyal Namkhai Norbu or Namkhai Yeshi.

You understand that information inside the app labeled as “With Transmission” should not be shared with anyone outside the Community.
All restricted content & private information you view within Sangha will be keep confidential, respecting the privacy of the Community and your vajra brothers and sisters.

All information that you will add to your profile or added events will be, to the the best of your knowledge, truthful and trustworthy.
Regarding communication and contact with other users/members – You will do your best to be respectful, acting in a responsible way with presence and awareness, trying always to be kind, compassionate, helpful, generous, and open.

Admin reserves the right to:

Erase the event published by a user – which is a duplicate event, contains incorrect or improper information or language.

Erase the content published by a user – which contains spam, which is political, which is rude or in some way does not respect the principles of presence, awareness, collaboration, and goodwill.

Block the account of a user – who is repeatedly acting against the above-mentioned principles.

All actions users post will be witnessed by other members of the Community, as in the real world. It is important to use Sangha responsibly, to be kind, helpful, generous, and open. Everything is credible in as much as each of us are credible. If we are responsible with good intention, this will build trust with the content we find inside the app. Remembering these principals while being present and aware can help our Community to be a place of harmony, health and prosperity. Перед началом использования приложения администраторы Сангхи просят тебя согласиться со следующим:

Ты будешь приглашать в приложение только тех, кто, как ты точно знаешь, получил передачу гуру-йоги от Чогьяла Намкая Норбу или Намкая Еши.
Ты осознаёшь, что информация в приложении, помеченная как «с передачей», не должна распространяться за пределами Общины.

Вся личная информация и данные с ограниченным доступом, которые ты видишь в Сангхе, должны оставаться конфиденциальными. Просим тебя уважать частную жизнь Общины и ваджрных братьев и сестёр.

Вся информация, которую ты добавишь в свой профиль, или добавленные тобой события будут точными и достоверными, насколько это возможно.

Что касается общения с другими пользователями, постарайся, пожалуйста, проявлять уважение, действовать с присутствием и осознанностью, относиться к другим с добротой, состраданием, заботой, щедростью и открытостью.

Администратор оставляет за собой право:

Удалять события, опубликованные пользователем, если они повторяющиеся, содержат неправильную или неподобающую информацию или лексику.

Удалять содержимое, опубликованное пользователем, если оно содержит спам, носит политический характер, является грубым или каким-то образом не соблюдает принципы присутствия, осознанности, сотрудничества и доброй воли.

Заблокировать учётную запись пользователя, который постоянно нарушает принципы, перечисленные выше.

Все действия, публикуемые пользователями, будут видны другим членам Общины, как в реальном мире. Важно использовать Сангху ответственно, быть добрыми, щедрыми, открытыми и отзывчивыми. Всему можно доверять ровно настолько, насколько можно доверять нам самим. Если мы берём ответственность с хорошим намерением, это создаёт доверие к содержимому приложения. Если мы помним об этих принципах и находимся в присутствии, это может помочь нашей Общине быть местом гармонии, здоровья и процветания.
