We understood that it is necessary that we all take responsibility in moderating the discussion groups, and that we become more aware of what is non-virtuous, thus “harming directly or indirectly one’s own or another beings’ body voice and mind” (ibid., p. 54). We should all stay aware and present to avoid actions producing negativity.

rtc-21 Lying refers to publishing information which you know is not verified or cannot be double checked, thereby spreading rumors, presenting guesses and personal opinions as facts.
rtc-22 Insulting, slandering, malevolence and speaking in vain refer to different forms of verbal violence, such as demeaning jokes, humiliating, dehumanizing and making a person or group of people scared, expressing hostility, accusing, undermining, verbal threatening, trivializing, silencing, blaming, name-calling. They include making false and damaging accusations about someone, criticizing or talking about someone without respect.
