The Sangha app and personal data privacy

To use the app – it is not strictly required for user to provide their real name, photo, personal email and phone. However, if users will include more real data for their profile and contact info – it will be easier to get in touch and communicate with other users.

The user’s name and location is saved in the server.

There is the possibility to use hardware profiles (like iCloud or Google account, IP, UUID) to run the app. – The data from these are not saved in the server in the long term (but can be given by request), they are deleted after a period of 30 days.

Services of third parties record users’ activity – without connection with user’s name. Used services strictly don’t allow fingerprinting, sampling and tracking of users in advertising systems.

It is explicitly recommended to users – to secure their own phone in log-in to the app. The app will verify if the user has secured the phone and if not, it will deliver recommendation to secure it.

It is recommended to allow push notifications to use the app in a correct way. 		Soukromí a ochrana

Aplikace Sangha a soukromí osobních údajů

Použití aplikace - po uživateli není striktně vyžadováno poskytnutí skutečného jména, fotky, osobního emailu a telefonního čísla. Přesto, pokud uživatelé zahrnou reálnější data a kontaktní informace, spojení a komunikace s uživateli bude jednodušší.

Jméno a lokalita uživatele jsou uloženy na serveru.

Pro provoz aplikace je možnost použití hardwarových profilů (jako ICloud nebo účet Google, IP, UUID). Tato data nejsou na serveru uložena dlouhodobě (ale na žádost mohou být poskytnuta) a po 30 dnech jsou smazána.

Aktivitu uživatelů zaznamenávají služby třetích stran - bez spojení s uživatelským jménem. Používané služby nedovolují snímání otisků prstů, vzorkování a sledování uživatelů v reklamních systémech.

Uživatelům se při přihlašování do aplikace vysloveně doporučuje zabezpečit jejich telefon . Aplikace ověří, zda uživatel telefon zabezpečil, a pokud se tak nestalo, zašle doporučení k zabezpečení.

Pro správné fungování aplikace se doporučuje povolit oznámení.

Before starting to use this app – Sangha admins will kindly ask you to agree to the following:

You will strictly invite to the app only people who you know for sure received Guruyoga Transmission from Chögyal Namkhai Norbu or Namkhai Yeshi.

You understand that information inside the app labeled as “With Transmission” should not be shared with anyone outside the Community.
All restricted content & private information you view within Sangha will be keep confidential, respecting the privacy of the Community and your vajra brothers and sisters.

All information that you will add to your profile or added events will be, to the the best of your knowledge, truthful and trustworthy.
Regarding communication and contact with other users/members – You will do your best to be respectful, acting in a responsible way with presence and awareness, trying always to be kind, compassionate, helpful, generous, and open.

Admin reserves the right to:

Erase the event published by a user – which is a duplicate event, contains incorrect or improper information or language.

Erase the content published by a user – which contains spam, which is political, which is rude or in some way does not respect the principles of presence, awareness, collaboration, and goodwill.

Block the account of a user – who is repeatedly acting against the above-mentioned principles.

All actions users post will be witnessed by other members of the Community, as in the real world. It is important to use Sangha responsibly, to be kind, helpful, generous, and open. Everything is credible in as much as each of us are credible. If we are responsible with good intention, this will build trust with the content we find inside the app. Remembering these principals while being present and aware can help our Community to be a place of harmony, health and prosperity. Před začátkem používání této aplikace tě administrátoři prosí o souhlas s následujícím:

Do aplikace zvát pouze lidi, o kterých víš, že obdrželi trasmisi Gurujógy od Čhögjal Namkhai Norbua neno Namkhai Yeshiho.

Rozumíš tomu, že informace v aplikaci označené "S transmisí" by se neměly sdílet s nikým mimo Komunitu.

Veškerý vyhrazený obsah a soukromé informace, které v aplikaci Sangha uvidíš, budou udržované jako důvěrné, s respektem ke Komunitě a tvým vadžra bratrům a sestrám.

Veškeré informace, které přidáš do svého profilu nebo k přidaným událostem, budou dle tvého plného vědomí, pravdivé a důvěryhodné.

Ohledně komunikace a kontaktu s dalšími uživateli/členy - budeš co nejvíce uctivý, jednat zodpovědně s přítomností a všímavostí, vždy se snažit být milý, soucitný, nápomocný, štědrý a otevřený.

Administrátor si vyhrazuje právo k:

Smazat událost uživatelem - jakožto duplikovanou událost, obsahující nesprávné nebo nevhodné informace nebo jazyk.

Smazat obsah publikovaný uživatelem - který obsahuje spam, který je politický, který je urážlivý nebo jakýmkoli způsobem nerespektuje principy přítomnosti, bdělosti, spolupráce a dobré vůle.

Blokovat účet uživatele - který opakovaně jedná proti výše zmíněným principům.

Veškeré akce uveřejněné uživateli budou dohlíženy dalšími členy Komunity, stejně jako ve skutečném světě. Je důležité používat aplikaci Sangha zodpovědně, být milý, nápomocný, štědrý a otevřený. Vše je důvěryhodné tak, jak je důvěryhodný každý z nás. Pokud jsme zodpovědní a máme dobré záměry, budujeme důvěru v obsah, který nacházíme v aplikaci. Upomínání na tyto principy a spočívání v přítomnosti a bdělosti může pomoci Komunitě být místem harmonie, zdraví a blahobytu.
